Thomas J. Rusin, Chief Executive Officer Thomas Rusin (Tom) was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of HomeServe USA in July 2011. Prior to joining HomeServe, Tom served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Affinion Group North America, from June 2007 to June 2010. Tom joined Affinion in 1999 and undertook a number of roles until his most recent position as CEO and President. Prior to Affinion, Tom owned and operated Just for Travel Inc., a leisure retail travel business he acquired, grew, and then sold. Tom currently sits on the board of directors of The Ambassadors Group (NASDAQ: EPAX), a social conscious student educational and travel firm. Additionally, he is active with the Boy Scouts of America (B.S.A.) and sits on the board of directors for the Fairfield County Council of the B.S.A.
Prior to joining HomeServe USA, Chris held numerous senior leadership positions in finance and corporate development at U.S. affiliates of Reed Elsevier PLC, most recently as Senior VP of Finance at Reed Business Information, a business-to-business media company. He also has significant commercial experience, having served as a senior vice president of Reed Exhibitions (RX), the U.S. division of the global tradeshow organizer. In this role, Chris had complete operational and financial responsibility for business activities of the unit, including sales, marketing, operations and customer/partner relations (an extensive network of U.S. trade associations). Chris also has extensive experience in corporate governance/risk management as well as internal controls formulation. While at Reed Elsevier PLC, he played an integral role in developing the Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance program for the global Reed Business division and served on the Reed Elsevier U.S. Investment Committee. Chris is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Deb Dulsky was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer of HomeServe USA in March 2011. To this role, she brings 20 years of experience in marketing, client services, operations, product development and general management from a combination of corporate and independent consulting assignments in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining HomeServe, Deb led the Marketing Solutions division in the Americas of Williams Lea, a $2 billion revenue business process outsourcing (BPO) unit of Deutsche Post DHL AG. She was also previously the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Solutions for Affinion Group. Deb has a B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College and attended Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. |
