Louisville Water Expands Customer Offerings to Include Sewer Line Coverage

Building on one of the most successful program launches for a HomeServe utility partner, Louisville Water expanded their customer offerings this July to include HomeServe's exterior Sewer Line Coverage. The new Sewer Line plan was offered to the more than 25% of Louisville Water customers that already have HomeServe's exterior Water Service Line Coverage. The Sewer Line plan, which is a natural extension of the well-received Water Service Line program, expands coverage to protect against clogs or breaks in the homeowner's sewer line. HomeServe has worked with Louisville Water to offer emergency service plans to homeowners in the Louisville, KY utility’s service territory since 2008.
