California Water Reaches Contract Growth Milestone, Launches Cooling Coverage

In July 2010, California Water hit a 300% growth mark with HomeServe emergency service contracts. Since HomeServe acquired the original water service line contracts from California Water in late 2007, California Water customers have demonstrated their continued interest and satisfaction with these valuable homeowner protection services. The California Water program has expanded beyond water service line plans to include Exterior Sewer/Septic Line, Internal Plumbing & Drainage, and Interior Electrical Wiring coverage for homeowners across its operating districts in California. This July, HomeServe also launched a cooling system plan for California Water customers. This plan provides emergency repair coverage for central cooling systems and is another step to expand California Water's program to a full suite of convenient service options for its customers.
