Wait time for someone to come out to tell me if needed repairs were covered or not was over 4 hours, so I did not use service and paid someone to come out and make needed repairs within 1 hour.

this company is a joke...you call and they say yes you are covered...then when the gas company arrived home serve says you are not ...they will call you and discuss it with you.....shortly and discuss it with you on what is covered and what is not...I have yet to receive the call...the gas company was here for 2 hours waiting on Home Serve to call let me know ...they decided to go ahead and do the repair as good customer service...it took 10 minutes to make repair...gas company great is wonderful...Homeserve sucks ...do not use this company

Step 3: Once covered repairs are completed, you just sign a form to say you are satisfied and we pay the technician directly up to the annual benefit amount.

Homeowners who call with a covered emergency can rest assured that a local, licensed and insured technician will respond to the call and carry out the repair in a professional manner.

How do I cancel my plan?

You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund less any claims paid, where applicable, by calling HomeServe at 1-855-336-2465. Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund less any claims paid, where applicable.
