The gas company's tech was very skilled and made a judgement about opening the area for line repair which professionals handled well. I could not always know at what point to expect return of gas service and lots of dialogue between our fence contractor seemed a high priority. Not a problem in the final analysis. Thanks

Technicians did not explain what they were going to do before cutting and isolating feedline to gas logs from gas meter. They did this then said they could not fix that line and would need to get an estimate from office on Monday. No one ever followed up.

Step 2: A local, licensed and insured technician will be dispatched to your home to make the covered repair or replacement.

Step 3: Once covered repairs are completed, you just sign a form to say you are satisfied and we pay the technician directly up to the annual benefit amount.

Homeowners who call with a covered emergency can rest assured that a local, licensed and insured technician will respond to the call and carry out the repair in a professional manner.

How do I cancel my plan?

You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund less any claims paid, where applicable, by calling HomeServe at 1-855-336-2465. Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund less any claims paid, where applicable.
