Your plan starts 30 days after your form is processed. You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts. During the initial 30-day review period you will receive the Terms and Conditions to help you decide if coverage is right for you.
Local, licensed and insured plumbers perform all covered repairs, which are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
Most basic homeowners insurance policies do not cover repair or replacement of the water and sewer/septic service lines. If you find you have similar coverage, you can contact HomeServe to cancel and you will receive a refund of your service agreement fee, less any claims paid (where applicable).
You can let us know during your review period that you no longer want this coverage and will receive a refund of any monies paid. You may also cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund less any claims paid (where applicable); cancellations after the first 30 days of your coverage will result in a pro-rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable).
