We didn't like any of it!! You talk about being screwed, he thought he would but we know about water heaters and things like that. My husband is a retired contractor. The guy told us that it would cost us $850.00 over the $1ooo. Insurance policy!!!! We told him NO. We are pretty darned upset to be have been paying for this so called Ins. for so many years and not being any good. I wonder how many people you have ripped off! We have told everyone about our "Experience" !! We are on social security, so that $31 a month I have been paying for all these little "Ins." policys, I could have used to pay on medicine or food!!!!

The call center operator was very professional and courteous and explained the process very well.
The plumber that was sent out to my house. I had a shelf of scrap wood on the wall near the water heater. The plumber knocked into it with his shoulder and knocked the wood onto the floor. He did not even bother to clean it up or even let my daughter, who was home when he came out, know what had happened. She heard the commotion and saw what happened after he left but nothing was said to her about it. No apology or effort to clean up the mess.

The water heater needed to be replaced so no repair was made.

How do I cancel my plan?
