The technician was very nice, and did his job. However, we thought we were getting water heater replacement insurance, and it was only repair service. Most water heaters don't need repair, they just need replacement. We were fooled.

The technician was pleasant. He did not have the appropriate tools to swap out
my water heater at first. He stripped the element bolt. I bought a socket that would fit for the job ($30). It did not work because of the stripped bolt. Decided to replace the H2O heater. Technician came with no helper!!! Heater was to be installed in the basement. I helped him get the old water heater out (very heavy) and helped him get the new one into the basement. Not My Job! Hers and His Plumbing did not EVER respond to my calling their office. Had to go through the technician ...NOT HIS JOB! Where is the office staff of this company? I am still waiting for a return visit from this company to check on the job. Extremely poor communication. I think I paid well above the price for the service rendered. Would never use this company or service again. Have never been soooo dissatisfied.
