Caring for Good

Caring for Good

Caring for the common good, one good deed at a time.

At HomeServe, caring for each other and our planet is in the fabric of our corporate culture. That’s why we engage our employees to get involved through charitable donations and volunteerism. And as a corporation, we support charities and foundations that are at the heart of our corporate social responsibility program.

Corporate Giving

At HomeServe, we actively engage in providing both support and opportunities to help give back through monetary donations to local and national level organizations.

We stand behind our employees’ individual giving and volunteerism too. There are a number of activities charitable organizations host to help raise funds for and awareness of their causes. And we know, many HomeServe employees participate in these events. As a result, HomeServe matches its employees’ personal contributions up to a dollar amount to qualified organizations.

We also provide both support and opportunities to help our employees give back, including:

  • Food/Toy donation drives
  • Group participation in local community organizations
  • Fundraising support for charitable activity events, such as walking, running and biking

And, we encourage HomeServe employees to care for the common good by offering 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to support a charity of their choice (without using a vacation day.)
